History of our Library

Funding

Our library receives funding from several sources.  Our main sources of income are Penal Fines and the Sanilac County Library Millage.  We also receive monetary support from Elk Township and the State of Michigan in the form of State Aid.  The remaining income received comes from overdue fines, fees, gifts, and memorials.

Meetings are held at 6:00 pm on the 4th Tuesday of the month.  No meetings are held in February, July, and December
